The NETIO – TCP/IP Control Device (NETIO board) is a network-based input/output (I/O) control card designed for industrial automation and remote-control applications. You can manage functions such as relay control, digital input reading, Wiegand card-reader integration and QR-code operations over Ethernet (TCP/IP) and serial communication. Its compact DIN-rail-mountable enclosure makes it ideal for in-panel installations.
Key Features Relay Outputs 2 independent relays (on, off, trigger operation) Digital Inputs 2 (status query and automatic reporting) Communication Ethernet (TCP/IP), RS485, RS232 – ASCII, JSON and RS485 Transparent Mode Security Serial key (KEY) authentication, password protection Wiegand 26-bit and 34-bit card-reader support QR Code Built-in QR-code reading and verification Baud Rate 110 – 115,200 bps
Communication Protocols ASCII serial protocol: commands are written between < and >; the device runs in this mode by default at power-up.JSON protocol: {“key”:”value”} format; ideal for software integration, enabled with the <JSA:1> command.RS485 Transparent mode: lets you use the device as an RS485 serial bridge; incoming data is passed directly to the RS485 line.Connections Ethernet (RJ45) RS232: RX, TX, GND RS485: A, B Power: VIN, GND (12–24V DC) Compact DIN-rail enclosure Typical Applications Building automation systems (door control, lighting) Industrial machine control Access control systems (card reader + relay) Remote monitoring and control applications Multi-device management over an RS485 network Technical Specifications Communication Ethernet (TCP/IP), Serial (UART), RS485 Protocols ASCII, JSON, RS485 Transparent Baud Rate Range 110 – 115,200 bps Buffer Size 160 bytes (sliding window) Relays 2 Digital Inputs 2 Wiegand Support 26-bit, 34-bit Serial Number Length 8 characters Password Length 5 digits Pulse Duration Range 000001 – 999999 ms Security Key-based authentication
